Meet Jody Trenholm
Jody received her B.Sc.PT (with distinction) in 2001 from the University of Alberta. She also holds a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education and a BA in Health from Queen’s University. Over her 14 years of practical experience, Jody has had the opportunity to work in hospitals, private practice, a variety of orthopedic clinics in military and sport settings.
Her strengths are in applying evidence-based practice, patient education, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, and the McKenzie approach to create an overall wellness plan.
Jody has taken numerous post-graduate courses in a variety of areas including manual therapy, orthopedics, rehabilitation exercise, McKenzie Approach, trigger point dry needling, Certified Ergonomic Specialist (CES) Designation, and is committed to the continuing education process.
Her goal is to continue to increase her knowledge in overall wellness in order to be able to help people improve the overall quality of their lives. Areas of interest include sports injuries, rehabilitation exercise, and overall wellness.
